"We're only two wines in – last year's Westgate Syrah was the inaugural release – but already it seems as though we have a new star of Australian wine on our hands. This wine is both complex and delicious, its graphite and garrigue characters wrapped in pure plum and bright red cherry; its twig and herb notes infused with woodsmoke and cedar. It's both structured and juicy, and it makes complexity look easy."
