"100% whole bunches, carbonic maceration for three weeks, basket pressed to stainless steel. Matured in used French puncheons for four months. Pure blackcurrant, lashings of red roses and tips of violet. This has some X-factor. It's dry, tannic, sinewy and generous at once, all in a super-fresh, mouth-watering, light-bodied context."
