On the palate the wine is round and delicate, with fine tannins and fruity, followed to a fresh, elegant finish. At Janots & Bos, we produce a blend of Bourgogne Rouge from both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune when possible. This results in a beautiful, full, fruity Bourgogne Rouge that combines the best of both worlds. This wine ages well. Serve the wine slightly below room temperature.
