Eve. A vibrant new expression of Riesling from the Poonawatta Eden vineyard. Established in 1972, the Eden estate vineyard is a low yielding vineyard of just two hectares, located in the heart of the Eden Valley region. Our vision with Eve was to explore the diversity of style from our single vineyard site; creating an expression of Riesling that delivers flavour, vibrancy and deliciousness. All the hallmark characters of the Eden vineyard are here; vibrant citrus, florals, stoney minerality, and the complexity of enticing tropical nuances. The bouquet drives with citrus blossom, tropical fruits and exotic spices. The palate is fresh, bright and crisp, displaying lime, green apple and crushed stone, with a long citrus / red-apple finish.
