Tasting Note

Two tonnes of Robe Pinot Gris, one tonne each of Padthaway Graciano & Sangiovese co-fermented on skins for 20 days in small open fermenters. Basket pressed then racked to 1 year old puncheons for 3 months. Cold stabilized prior to bottling, Unfined & unfiltered.
