Tasting Note

Hand pruned and hand picked, this reserve Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed into new and two-year old French barriques, and left to wild yeast ferment. The wine elegantly delivers a sophisticated nose with a complex palate of white peach, citrus and biscuit cream tones. Drink now or until 2031.
