2025 Jane Eyre Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsula

The 2025 season delivered excellent conditions: warm days, cool nights, and dry weather throughout ripening. Yields were low, and fruit quality was outstanding. Aromas of clove, raspberry, and orange zest lead into a savoury, spice-driven palate with silky, fine tannins. This wine is currently tightly wound and will benefit from time in bottle.
