From the Ellis family’s Mount Gambier vineyard, an emerging region whose cool climate helps produce fruit with a unique profile. This medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc carries aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit, with a nuance of spice and flint. Lively fruit flavours, supportive mineral acidity and a very rewarding finish.

"A heady, spiced wine with jalapeño, nettle and baked pineapple. There is some flinty reduction, with ginger, ripe jackfruit and mango. There is ripeness alongside some herbal notes, a whirlwind of sauvignon character and a touch of baked quince bitterness."
