Tasting Note

A blend of fruit from Healesville and Gladysdale; 100% mlf and matured in older puncheons and hogsheads. A bright green gold. Subtle and complex aromas of nashi, orange blossom and light sea spray scents. The palate is nicely textured and structured, finishing with good intensity and tension. A poised and elegant wine that will improve over the next four to six years plus.
