Diletto, an Italian word meaning ‘to take pleasure’ is a new label from Giant Steps Winemaker Melanie Chester & Mulline’s Ben Mullen (and their respective partners) Born out of a love of Syrah, their first wine was from the ’69 planted Westgate vineyard just outside of Great Western.
