Tasting Note

The “Eadie” is made from fruit grown in our paddock on the southern side of Jacksons Creek, named for the family who first planted vines on the spot in 1863. It is bright crimson in colour with aromas of blueberry and plum and fine tannins to support the spicy flavours combining to make an elegant savoury wine.

"The bright garnet colour is ridiculously youthful. Heady with spice and pepper, very floral, with some spicy woodsy notes. The medium-bodied palate fills with fruit compote, plums and warm earth, while light, sandy tannins and fine acidity flow through.
