Tasting Note

With a lovely, vibrant plum colour, our 2023 Four Winds Shiraz has a perfume of blueberry, spice and white pepper. The savoury palate is nicely balanced, with fine tannins, soft acidity and ripe fruits, in harmony with the fresh oak after 14 months of maturation in French barrels. A great example of a Shiraz in a cool climate.
