Tasting Note

For the first time this wine is 100% estate grown. This is our first time using our Springs Hill Grenache and what a different profile it is to Marmont. Darker fruits, wider more expansive depth and magnificent tannin. Blueberry, satsuma plum, dark cherries and licorice with the Springs Hill site savoury character throughout. Lovely fragrance and spice from the whole bunch components in both ferments adding just enough tannin to whip the lusher fruits into line. A joyous release for us and one we're very proud of.
