Tasting Note

The 2025 ripening season in Southern Tasmania was warm and dry, leading to evenly ripened fruit. The 2025 Riesling has a perfumed nose of citrus and floral notes. The palate is filled with lime, nashi pear combined with a textured, succulent palate. The wine is tight and minerally and with lovely length of flavour. Drink now with oysters, or cellar for up to 10 years.
