2025 Rob Hall ‘Harriet’s Vineyard’ Pinot Noir
Tasting Note
A small batch of 100% whole bunch ferment adds complexity to the aroma and chalky tannins to the finish. 15% whole bunch, plunging once daily, 3-4 weeks on skins. The nose has quite complex aromas, dark fruits, fig, red apple, some cola spice.

Review
Fruit from Harriet's vineyard in Healesville was augmented with 20% fruit from The Full Moon vineyard in Gladysdale; 15% whole bunches. A very bright crimson. A quiet and seductive bouquet of wild strawberry, dried rose and just a hint of Earl Grey tea. Medium bodied; the fruit spreads evenly across the palate. The tannins are subtle, understated and persistent, as is the finish. Rob Hall hasn't missed a beat in '25. Drink now and over the next six to eight years.
